Payment Allocation allows Customer Payment Types to be used rather than selecting a bank account. The bank account is selected as defined against the Payment Type. To turn this feature on, see Settings->Selling Point Settings->Payment Types. Also, within Financial Reports, there is an Advanced Payment Summary that will combine payments made through invoicing as well as payment allocation.
If Cash Sales are taken through invoicing as well as Invoices, Selling Point will no longer prompt the user to enter the Payment Type against invoices. This can be turned back on, see Settings->Selling Point Settings->Invoice Settings->Other->Allow Payments Against Invoices.
Phone, Mobile and Email Address can be recorded against a Cash Sale document on a Cash Sale account, see Settings->Selling Point Settings->Invoice Settings->Other->Contact Details Entry for CASH Accounts.

Invoice Search allows part of the customer’s name to be entered to retrieve related documents. This is helps in locating an invoice created on a CASH SALE account where the customer’s name and address have been entered on the invoice. Within the Invoice Search window, enter a ‘#’ simbol followed by part of the customer’s name within the Account field and any matching document will be found.
Within Stock Maintenance, a product can now be superseded by an item that already exists. Order levels are now transfered over when superseding to a new product code.
Purchase Orders now allows an order to be output to PDF.
Purhase Orders, Back Orders can be re-instated by calling up the required order, editing the line required and clicking the ‘B/Order’ button. Click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes and the order line will now show as outstanding from the supplier.
