Automatic Log-Out
• AutoInTouch will now Automatically close and return to the Log in Screen after a given time. Users can set the Log out time in the new “Workshop Settings” option found in Settings
Stock Group Prompt
• When adding a new product, users can now be prompted to add a Stock Group. This setting can be enabled in “Stock Control Settings” found in Settings.
Electronic Diary Changes
• Deleting Converted Diary Entries – A recent update removed the ability to delete diary entries once they have been converted to documents. We have now made this optional. This setting can be enabled in the “Advanced” Tab of the “Diary Settings” found in Settings.
• Users creating a diary entry and then attempting to cancel will now be asked to confirm action.
• View History Report now functional when diary entry is highlighted
• With create diary entry for Job Card Setting enabled, when changing the date of a document user can now amend order number and description for the related diary entry

Vehicle Details Dialogue
• Added Vehicle Notes, Vehicle Dates. Vehicle History and MOT History to Vehicle dialog in invoicing and diary entry screen. To access this dialog, use the “i” adjacent to the registration number field in invoicing and Diary Entry.
Service Details in Invoicing
• Dates displayed will now be the most recently completed service, and the next service due irrespective of service code used.
• When the “i” is displayed next to service details, hovering over will show the codes used for this service
• Clicking the “i” will open Vehicle Maintenance on the notes tab
